Description
Ascension is a 2D platformer rogue-like arcade game that sees an adventurer navigate through a randomly generated grid of pre-made rooms in order to accumulate as many points as possible. Hack and slash your way to victory, conquering skeletons, flying eyes, and the beast of the dungeon - the Minotaur.

About The Game
Ascension was created as Alexander Kam's Major Project of 2020 for the HSC SDD Course. It was solely developed from C# and Unity. Certain aspects of the game, such as the map generation, was prototyped using Java and Processing. The full system documentation and lifecycle of development can be found in the link below, containing information such as Gantt charts, Data Flow Diagrams, Structure Charts, and Pseudocode.
